Abate Pro is certified and licensed damage restoration company located in Saratoga Springs. We provide water damage restoration services, mold remediation, fire damage restoration, sewage backup cleanup and trauma services. Our team of certified restoration experts are on call 24/7 to get your business or home back to normal as quickly as possible.

Our service area includes the entire Capital Region including Albany, Latham, Troy, Clifton Park, Schenectady, Saratoga Springs, Glens Falls, and Queensbury. Depending on your location we can be on site in 60 minutes in case of emergencies.

We had a water leak in our attic that ended up collapsing the ceiling below. Abate Pro was great to work with. They showed up quickly and their team of guys, Dan, James, Liam and Rob were able to get the damage removed and the space dried within a couple days. Very professional. We called Abate Pro early on a Saturday morning following a flood in our home due to a broken pipe. Around an hour later Dan and his crew where at our home. These guys were incredible. They worked quickly to clean up the water and damaged areas. They were also tolerant of our energetic young puppy, and were polite and knowledgeable. They did a really amazing job. We are very satisfied with the outcome and highly recommend them.

If you are reading this, then it's likely that your property has been damaged, and you are having a really bad day. Abate Pro will take great care of you. They are very professional and super-fast, and honestly, they perform miracles. Our kitchen was under almost 6" of water when they pulled into our driveway. By the time they were finished, our kitchen looked even cleaner than it did before the flood. Everyone we worked with was awesome. This is a great company.

Our apartment management company called in Abate Pro after a hot water heater in the unit above blew. The crew was wonderful and had the sheetrock cut, air movers and dehumidifiers up and running very quickly. They walked my husband and I through the whole insurance claim process, as well, and worked with my adjuster to make the claim very easy. Highly recommend Dan and the whole Abate Pro team! 👍
